Wow… this tag adds a lot of junk to the header of the blog. It adds three meta tags: content-type, which is cool; turning off Microsoft smart tag parsing, which is not really something I would consider necessary; and generator as blogger, which should also be optional.
Given what I have said above, I would remove this tag; however, it adds more than just meta tags. It also adds links for various RSS, XML and Atom feeds. As far as I can tell, there is no seperating the two. Shameful.

The purpose of this blog is to share the million little tips and tricks that I have discovered over the past 15 years as a graphic designer; this site will also be my digital playground were I learn as I share. The term beta seems to be popular these days and may be a good description for what this site is; however, I think it is more fitting to call this site intentionally-unrefined.
I can’t say that I know fully what content will present itself here. It will be an hourly discovery based on the day-to-day experiences that I go through as a graphic design, photographer, web developer, small business owner, productivity junkie and a student.
